Nirali has extensive experience working with life sciences and technology companies, both in the U.S. and across the globe. She oversees the everyday contracts for multiple clients and manages the critical subject matter areas of those contracts, such as intellectual property protections, indemnification provisions, limitations on liability, data security and protection, human resources/employment considerations, and technology licensing.
For life sciences clients, Nirali has a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the contractual relationship with health care providers, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Safe Harbors thereto, the Physician Payment Sunshine Act and similar state laws, Debarment, Exclusion and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals.

Nirali also advises Lovell’s clients on establishing and implementing contract management best practices, processes, and solutions to efficiently progress contracts through their lifecycle.
Nirali’s experience as a previous litigator has given her a strength in understanding and predicting clients’ needs, helping her to solve problems for clients on a contractual level before they ever arise, enabling them to manage risk and achieve their business goals.
Living on the coast in Los Angeles, Nirali shares her life with her husband and two daughters. When she is not enthralled in the chaos of raising her two young girls, Nirali embraces exploring the world, indulging in new culinary experiences, cheering on the Forty-Niners and Lakers, going to concerts, and unwinding by immersing herself in binge-watching sessions of her favorite TV shows.
