Nirali has extensive experience working with life sciences and technology companies, both in the U.S. and across the globe. She oversees the everyday contracts for multiple clients and manages the critical subject matter areas of those contracts, such as intellectual property protections, indemnification provisions, limitations on liability, data security and protection, human resources/employment considerations, and technology licensing.
For life sciences clients, Nirali has a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the contractual relationship with health care providers, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Safe Harbors thereto, the Physician Payment Sunshine Act and similar state laws, Debarment, Exclusion and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals.
