Ashley works closely with Lovell’s life sciences and technology clients on a broad range of agreements. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts within the life sciences industry, including amendments, confidential disclosure agreements, health care provider agreements and master services agreements (general and R&D). For Lovell’s technology clients, Ashley drafts and reviews license agreements, SaaS agreements and subscription agreements.
Her ability to work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor agreements accordingly has helped countless clients achieve their business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
