Laura advises Lovell’s pharmaceutical and biotech clients on a broad range of agreements. She brings a practical and strategic approach to contracting, drawing on her prior experience as a litigator in matters involving complex contractual disputes, including those related to medical devices, life sciences, and emerging technologies. Her litigation background gives her a keen eye for risk and allows her to structure contracts that are both clear and mitigate potential conflicts.
Laura has a minor degree in biology, with a focus on physiology and neuroscience, which gives her an added layer of insight into the scientific and operational priorities of Lovell’s clients.
