Her expertise encompasses the strategic structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, spanning from pre-clinical formulation services to clinical supply and manufacturing. Caroline’s extensive experience supporting global clinical trials includes clinical site feasibility, onboarding clinical research organizations and negotiating with academic institutions.
With a proven track record in managing clinical contracting, Caroline excels at crafting customized clinical trial agreement templates to accommodate diverse research types and phases.
