Brian is a dedicated attorney with a unique combination of legal and technical expertise, holding a master’s degree in biomedical engineering and registration as a patent agent. He works closely with Lovell’s pharmaceutical and biotech clients, advising them on research and development transactions with a particular focus on clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and related intellectual property matters. Brian’s work spans from pre-clinical formulation through global clinical trials, including site feasibility, CRO onboarding, and negotiations with academic institutions. His background in biomedical engineering enables him to navigate complex scientific and contractual issues with precision, and clients value his ability to translate technical concepts into clear, strategic guidance to support innovation while protecting their most sensitive assets.
