Brian is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in both law and engineering—he has a master’s in biomedical engineering and is a registered patent agent. Brian's legal acumen is evident through his roles as Lead Article Editor and Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, as well as his involvement as a Clinic Student at the UC Irvine Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic. Brian's practical experience includes serving as an IP Law Clerk, where he conducted comprehensive IP searches and successfully negotiated settlements for copyright infringement claims.
Additionally, he has worked as a Law Clerk drafting and analyzing contracts for various litigation cases. With his interdisciplinary background and meticulous attention to detail, Brian is well-equipped to assist companies in navigating complex contract matters.
