Alison advises pharmaceutical and biotech clients on research and development matters, with a particular focus on clinical trial contracting. She brings a clear, collaborative style to her work and helps clients find practical solutions in fast-moving development environments.
Alison draws on her experience supporting academic institutions, industry sponsors, and companies across a range of development stages to provide a well-rounded perspective in agreement negotiations. Her clinical trial experience includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, and related research agreements.
Alison also helps clients improve the efficiency and consistency of their contracting processes, including by creating and refining templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance. She prioritizes responsiveness, trust, and long-term collaboration in each client relationship.
